Move In - Friday is set up day and times will be given upon acceptance. Entrance into the building on Saturday morning will be allowed at 8:30am where your setup can be finalized. You must be checked in no later than 6:00pm on Friday otherwise you will be considered a no show and your booth will be reassigned.

Show Hours - 10 to 4 pm Saturday

Move Out - 4:01 pm to 7 pm Saturday

 

Application process: YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION & PAY FOR YOUR BOOTH AT TIME OF APPLICATION.

1) COMPLETE APPLICATION/CONTRACT - you will be directed BACK to this page to COMPLETE YOUR BOOTH FEE PURCHASE at the BOTTOM THIS PAGE.

2) Submit booth image along with pictures of what you will be selling. See instructions on this page as these are submitted in the application form.

After you submit your APPLICATION AND CONTRACT form you will be directed back to THIS page where you will then need to pay your booth fee thru the paypal button BELOW - your APPLICATION AND CONTRACT will not be complete without your booth fee purchase - AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION AND CONTRACT SCROLL DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE TO THE PAYPAL LINK ~ If you are NOT accepted into the show you will receive a refund of the booth fee paid with this application ~ THANK YOU!

DS Boutique booths are very limited & availability varies for each show.

 

**How to find your image address -- go to your facebook page or where you have images online, click on an image, the image address shows up in the address bar on the top left of your page, copy and paste compete image address into form fields  Image , Image 2, Image 3, Booth Image in the form above.

If you do not have facebook or other address links above to submit then send 3 images & a booth image/or a link to your facebook page or website to montagefestivals@earthlink.net  

IN SUBJECT LINE ADD YOUR NAME and MARKET MONTH FOR WHICH YOU ARE APPLYING.

Your application will not be processed without images or links. Images need to be submitted at the time of application. 

We encourage you to make your booth space look inviting, Be creative to give your booth a spectacular look.

All tables must be covered to the floor.  No handwritten signs. No empty tent frame tops they must be decorated.

Electric ranges from $25 to $45.00 before late deadline and in select locations it is complimentary.

Exhibitor/Vendor Agreement: As a vendor I agree to advertise the event to my customers, friends & family on my social networks, Facebook, twitter, email addresses & contacts, etc. Exhibitor/Vendor advertisement for the show must begin no later than 3 weeks prior to show date. 

General Release, Hold Harmless, Non Compete 

 

By submitting my application and contract, I agree to the following, the exhibitor does hereby discharge, release and hold harmless, MONTAGE FESTIVALS LLC AND IT'S PRINCIPALS/MEMBERS AND/OR OWNERS /MANAGERS, MONTAGE FESTIVALS FRANCHISE/LICENSE SYSTEM LTD, GIRLFRIENDS WANDERING MARKET FRANCHISE/LICENSEES  (all cities, property owners  and associations) and all co-sponsors from any and all manner of action, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damages or claims  to the person or property of the undersigned while in possession or under the supervision of the sponsors during the event, and hereby consents to enforcement of all rules of this event. In addition to the general release & hold harmless agreement, I agree as an exhibitor,  to a standard non compete agreement  for the following:  Registered exhibitor will not manage, assist, own or operate a like type event for a term of no less than 3 years. There are no rain dates or refunds. There will be no refunds or credits if a show is cancelled due to rain, floods, hurricanes, severe weather storms, any other forces of nature or unavoidable instances. There will be no refunds on exhibitor cancellation or no show. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY EXHIBITOR CAUSING ANY PROBLEMS TO FELLOW EXHIBITORS OR MANAGEMENT. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations set forth in this General Release may result in expulsion from any and/or all events. The exhibitor understands that the payment of booth fee is non refundable. If accepted, MONTAGE FESTIVALS LLC, MONTAGE FESTIVALS FRANCHISE/LICENSE SYSTEM LTD, GIRLFRIENDS WANDERING MARKET FRANCHISE/LICENSEES  has my permission to reproduce pictures of my exhibit and/or my product, for the  purpose of advertising and marketing the event. MONTAGE FESTIVALS LLC, MONTAGE FESTIVALS FRANCHISE/LICENSE SYSTEM LTD, GIRLFRIENDS WANDERING MARKET FRANCHISE/LICENSEES  also has my permission to publish photographs or videos taken of me, my product &/or booth/exhibit during the event for purposes related to promotion of the event(s), past or future.

Exhibitor Rules

Booth Fee must be paid at time of application. Shows are closed when full.

Application is commitment to exhibit. No refunds on booth fee. No booth sharing.

Pre-Packaged food items are permitted. You are responsible for any and all permits and licensing from the City/County & State  Health Departments that are required if you are giving away samples. Items prepared in home kitchens are NOT allowed. Only items prepared in commercial kitchens that are licensed and inspected are allowed. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to be in compliance with all state and local health department requirements. 

Sales tax is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Changes to this information will be disclosed to parties involved as soon as it becomes available to us.

Promoter is not responsible or liable for the loss or damage to exhibitor's property from theft, mysterious disappearances, or damages by fire, water, accident, or any other cause. Exhibitor is responsible for the payment of any damage charges assessed by the market venue for accidental damage caused by exhibitor or for failure to observe the rules and regulations for the construction and operations of his/her booth. All rules will be strictly enforced. 

The approved exhibitor will occupy his/her booth at all times.

No advertisement of other events is allowed.

All work, display and storage will not go beyond the assigned exhibitor space.         

Exhibitors are not allowed to bring pets or any animals to show site.

Overnighters will observe RV etiquette at all times. No noise. No trash will be left behind.

Exhibitors will park in exhibitor parking area. No Exceptions!

 Exhibitors by categories are limited to balance show. Please reserve your booth early.

All applications will be reviewed and/or juried, prior to acceptance.

Failure to comply with rules or unruly behavior including intoxication or verbal abuse by the exhibitor or any assistants will cause immediate expulsion from the show and will eliminate exhibitor from future events.

All materials used must be flame resistant. No open flames of any kind allowed.

Management will make final interpretation of rules.

Set Up and Break Down times will be strictly enforced.

Breakdown will not begin until the end of the show. 

All exhibits and merchandise must be tasteful and appropriate for all ages. Management reserves the right to  request removal of items that are inappropriate. 

The show director will have the final decision on safety issues.
