Standard Exhibits: Exhibit space is 10 x 10 or 10 x 20. Booth Requirements All Tents must be white and made of flame-resistant material. All tents must have weights for stability in wind. All stock that is not on display must be stored within the confines of your booth area and covered. All unfinished tables must be draped to the floor. All materials must be flame resistant. Insurance: Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining their own insurance to include but not limited to; exhibitor liability, loss or damage. Select locations will require Montage Festivals LLC listed as the additional insured. Food Sampling: Any exhibitor selling or sampling food or drink products must follow State and Local Health Department guidelines and provide copy of required health certificates to Management. Temporary city health permits will be required at the event. |
Sales Tax Requirements: Sales tax must be collected. Each exhibitor is responsible for reporting and paying taxes on sales. We will provide each exhibitor with a state sales form at the show. Move In & Move Out: Move in & out times are strictly enforced. You must move your vehicle immediately after unloading to the designated exhibitor parking area. No early move out is permitted. Exhibitors must provide their own moving/rolling equipment. We do not provide carts or dollies. No electricity is available for this event. All food trailers must be self-contained & stand-alone. Mickey Mantle Drive Oklahoma City, OK Hours: Saturday 10 am 5 pm Sunday 11 am 5 pm Bricktown is an Entertainment District with a very active nightlife. We welcome and encourage you to stay open later if you wish. Admission: Free Move In and Out Schedule: Move in Saturday 6 am 10 am Move-out - Sunday 5 pm to 8 pm |
