Standard Exhibits:

Exhibit space is 10’ x 10’ or 10’ x 20’.  

 Booth Requirements and Set-Up

Exhibitor booths must have a complete backdrop. If you do not have a complete backdrop you can rent one from us. Exhibitors must provide their own moving/rolling equipment. The facility does not provide carts or dollies.

All unfinished tables must be draped to the floor. All materials must be flame resistant.

 Insurance:

Exhibitors are responsible for  obtaining own optional insurance to include but not limited to; exhibitor liability, loss or damage. Insurance is required for food vendors. Select locations will require Montage Festivals LLC listed as the additional insured.

Stage Time:

Stage time for Fashion, Seminar or Cooking is available without charge to exhibitors based on management preference. You may request stage time on your application and not all requests will be accepted. All stage demonstrations are the responsibility of the exhibitor, including sound and lights, set up/take down.

 Food Samples:

Any exhibitor sampling food or drink products must follow State and Local Health Department guidelines.

 Badges:

10 x 10 Booth: receive 4 badges & 4 complimentary tickets.

10 x 20 Booth: receive 8 badges & 8 complimentary tickets.

Taxes/License:

Sales tax must be collected. Each exhibitor is responsible for reporting and paying taxes on sales.

Advertising/Marketing Promotions

The goal of the campaign is to create awareness of the show, pre-show excitement, and interaction that drives qualified buyers to the show.

Additional Exposure:

To maximize your visibility and expand your participation, take advantage of the stage times to conduct a seminar, workshop, fashion show or cooking demo. Stage time is available without charge.

Move In & Out Schedule:

Move in – Friday 12pm to 8pm  

The adjacent building will be open for drive thru loading.

There is a parade beginning at 6pm so try to load in early to avoid traffic congestion.

Move-out: Sunday 5pm to 9pm

 

SHOW RULES & INFORMATION        

          

Booth fee must be paid at time of application

Application is commitment to exhibit. No refunds on deposit or booth fee.

If you are not accepted into a show, your booth deposit will be returned to you.

Shows are closed when full. Exhibitors by categories are limited to balance show.

Please reserve your booth early.

Sales tax is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Changes to this information will be disclosed to parties involved as soon as it becomes available to us.

All applications will be reviewed, juried and screened prior to acceptance.

The approved exhibitor will occupy his/her booth at all times.

All work, display and storage will not go beyond the assigned exhibitor space.         

Exhibitors are not allowed to bring pets or any animals to show site.

Overnighters will observe RV etiquette at all times. No noise. No trash will be left behind.

Exhibitors will park in exhibitor parking area. No Exceptions!

All rules will be strictly enforced.

Failure to comply with rules or unruly behavior including intoxication or verbal abuse by the exhibitor or any assistants will cause immediate expulsion from the show and will eliminate exhibitor from future events.

All materials used must be flame resistant. No open flames of any kind allowed.

Management will make final interpretation of rules.

Set Up and Break Down times will be strictly enforced.

Breakdown will not begin until the end of the show.

The show director will have the final decision on safety issues.

All exhibits and merchandise must be tasteful and appropriate for all ages. Management reserves the right to request removal of items that are inappropriate.
